Dave graduated with a BBA in Managerial Finance from the University of Mississippi and earned an MBA from Ohio University.
Dave has been in the financial services industry for over 30 years. He started his journey in the banking industry in Louisiana serving as an officer in several financial institutions. After hurricane Katrina he moved to Dallas area where is has done M&A advisory along with tax advisory for companies. Dave focuses on developing new opportunities for the Hext Financial Group.
Dave also has a Certified Financial Planner ® designation and serves as Director of Business Development for Hext Financial Group and its affiliates

Dave and his wife Marcia have two sons and a mutt named Einstein. He is also an avid triathlete having competed in over 50 triathlons from sprints to Ironman distance.
