DALLAS (2021) – White Rock Associates, LLC is pleased to announce it recently advised RW Assets, Inc. (“RWA”) on the purchase of Ratliff Hardscape (“Ratliff”), a leading provider of General Construction, Concrete, and Masonry services.
RWA is a specialty trade contracting firm and one of the leaders in building retaining walls in the Southeastern United States. RWA’s clients consist of commercial general contractors, residential developers, and homeowners. As a design-build contractor, RWA provides retaining walls at the right price and scope to its clients. In addition, RWA provides site services such as fine grading, site cleanup, unit cleanup, hardscapes, and slope protection for commercial projects.
Founded in 1984, Ratliff Hardscape has grown from a masonry contractor, primarily performing masonry construction for buildings and residential homes to one of the largest and most diversified hardscape construction companies in Texas. Ratliff Hardscape provides General Construction, Concrete, and Masonry services for a wide variety of markets in both the public and private sector across Dallas-Ft. Worth and throughout Texas. Ratliff self-performs an array of services for all civil and hardscape construction projects including single-family, multi-family, commercial, municipal, or governmental, and oil & gas. Through its sale to RWA, Ratliff will be able to bring their exceptional service to markets outside DFW and allow RWA to bring some services in-house.
