DALLAS (2020) – White Rock Associates, LLC is pleased to announce it recently advised Texas Moving Co., Inc. (“TMC”) on the sale of substantially all of its assets to Willis Permian Movers (“WPM”), a Texas based moving company that provides residential and commercial moving services.
Founded in 1975, Texas Moving Co. Inc. is a full service moving, storage, and transportation company. Through the Electronic Transport brand, TMC specializes in data center relocation and transportation of high value products. The company has the resources and experience to provide exceptional transportation to virtually anywhere in North America.
Established in 1973, Willis Permian Movers is a full-service moving company for residential and commercial moves. WPM leverages its large fleet of clean, fully equipped moving vans; as well as its trained & courteous personnel to provide best-in-class service to commercial clients like Torchy’s Tacos in Austin. With locations in Austin, Corpus Christi, El Paso, Marble Falls, Odessa / Midland, and Round Rock, WPM is well positioned to bring their services to North Texas.
