DALLAS (2020) – White Rock Associates, LLC is pleased to announce it recently advised R&R Designs, Inc. (“R&R”) on a successful buyout of the business by existing leadership, ownership and employees.
Founded in 1986, R&R Design, Inc. has been a leader in design, engineering and production of custom components and products primarily for the fresh water marine industry. R&R Design has the capability of manufacturing anything from the simplest brackets and flat panels to the more complex multi-component parts. Located approximately 30 miles east of Dallas, TX, R&R is a full turn-key custom manufacturing facility. With its central location the company ships product to local, regional, national and international customers.
The transaction let by WRA will allow R&R to move forward on several growth initiatives including entering the salt water boat market, expanding their aftermarket marine product lines, and expanding into new industries such as trucking, telecom, and the lighting and RV camper industries.
