DALLAS (2014) – White Rock Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce it recently advised UMeTime (“UmeTime”) of Austin, Texas on its Series A Round of growth equity financing.
UMeTime, founded in 2013, is a mobile application tool that allows businesses to connect to customers locally in real-time. Businesses can use options such as coupons, promotions, and new product information to get the word out quickly to a large and local customer pool. The application is free for consumers, and fees are paid to UMeTime by businesses whenever a customer utilizes the “blast out” in their restaurant/store.
UMeTime will use the financing received to build out the existing platform, as well as to expand to new markets. A team from White Rock Advisors, led by Simon Martin and Greg Hext, advised management of UMeTime throughout the Series A round.
