DALLAS (2022) – Hext Capital Partners, LLC is pleased to announce it recently advised ERW Site Solutions (“ERW”) on the purchase of The Kaufman Company, Inc. (“KC”), a leading provider of concrete foundation and flatwork construction services.
ERW is a family of construction companies including several significant specialty trade contracting firms. ERW has organized these companies into four business silos with a considerable amount of synergism between them.
ERW Site Solutions– builds engineered retaining walls
Ratliff Hardscape– general construction, concrete and masonry
LandTec–landscape and irrigation
DesignBuild Consulting – a fully licensed engineering firm
Founded 39 years ago, The Kaufman Company provides concrete foundation and flatwork construction services to single family residential homebuilders across the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex. Through its sale to ERW, KC will be able to bring their exceptional service to markets outside DFW and allow ERW to cross sell services to a new spectrum of customers.
