With over three decades of experience in the financial services industry, Dave began his career in banking as an officer at several financial institutions in Louisiana. Following the impact of Hurricane Katrina, he relocated to the Dallas area, where he expanded his expertise to include mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory and tax advisory services for companies. Currently, Dave drives growth at Hext Financial Group, focusing on identifying and developing new opportunities.

Dave and his wife, Marcia, reside in Plano, Texas, with their two sons and a lovable rescue dog named Einstein. An avid triathlete, Dave has competed in over 50 triathlons, ranging from sprint distances to Ironman events. He is also a dedicated member of Christ Church in Plano.
